Discovery & Strategy
Every engagement begins with deep discovery. We conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze your market, review technical constraints, and study competitor products. The output is a comprehensive Product Requirements Document (PRD) and a technical architecture proposal that both parties align on before any code is written.

Design & Prototyping
Our UX designers create low-fidelity wireframes first, validating user flows with stakeholders. Then we move to high-fidelity Figma prototypes with interactive components, realistic data, and your exact branding. You can click through every single screen before we write a line of code.
Deliverables: UX Wireframes, High-Fidelity Figma Prototype, Design System, Clickable Prototype for Stakeholder Review.
Engineering & Development
Development happens in two-week agile sprints. Each sprint has clear goals, daily standups, and a sprint demo at the end where you see working software. We use feature branches, code reviews, and automated testing on every pull request. You have access to staging environments throughout.
Deliverables: Bi-weekly working software demos, Sprint retrospectives, Continuous staging deployment.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Before any feature is marked done, it passes through unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, cross-browser/device testing, and performance benchmarks. Our dedicated QA team runs exploratory testing sessions and documents every edge case. Zero P0 bugs reach production.
Deliverables: Test Coverage Reports, Bug Reports with Severity Ratings, Performance Benchmark Results, Security Audit Summary.
Launch & Post-Launch
Deployment is not the end — it's the beginning. We handle production deployment, DNS configuration, SSL certificates, monitoring setup (Sentry, Datadog), and ensure the system is stable under real traffic. Post-launch, we provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes and a structured handoff with full documentation.
